I just want to say that I love eating all of these super natural foods and I LOVE the post workout feeling!!! I’m feeling all-around amazing, more energized and would love for all my friends to hop on this bandwagon too. Captain Kat knows what’s up!
I’ve realized how integral this group has been to pushing me to finally treat my body to some much needed TLC post breaking my foot. While I may not be able to painlessly do all of the amazing workouts Captain Kat generously provides us weekly, the support and intention has pushed me to finally get myself into PT, diligently do my exercises and treat my body RIGHT. I may not be back at 100% yet but I am most definitely 100% committed to getting there. Do yourself a favor and check it out!
Having my own fitness/nutrition regimen has truly inspired me to dig deeper and learn more. More about how to make food and working out a positive, challenging, and FUN activity. I’ve always worked out and I’ve tried many different diets, but what has really shifted is my personal curiosity and thirst to learn more. Being a part of Captain Kat’s Better Body Challenge has been one of the best parts of my 2016. I joined because I was feeling stuck in a rut and wanted to find a productive and joyful way to move my body every day.
Every day, I am thankful that I can pick up a pair of dumbbells and do an intense and sweaty workout in my own apartment. I don’t have to worry about traveling to and from the gym or think about what I need to do once I get there. The ground work has all been done for me by an expert so all I have to do is set aside 30 minutes for myself and make it happen! When I have questions or am lacking motivation, Captain Kat is always at the ready to help instruct and inspire. I have learned so much about nutrition and fitness. I feel so powerful and strong. I am incredibly capable of consistently making time for these workouts and am shocked at how much I’ve grown to love doing them. (And – big bonus – I also love the way I look! I can see muscles that I didn’t even know I had and my clothes are delightfully too large!!)
The Challenge Facebook group brings together the community of fierce, supportive ladies who are also participating in the Challenge and is such an wonderful accountability tool! I love feeling like I’m not alone in this journey. (Also, I can get helpful support without plastering workout selfies all over my newsfeed.)

I have been doing this for 4 months now. It has made feeling even better about my body than ever before easier than ever before. There is a Facebook group that makes me feel accountable and boosts me up. The workouts are super easy and portable. And my meal guide is super easy and flexible. I have noticed huge changes in my muscles and in how I eat.
Super great for us busy ladies who are rocking the world.

Funny story: About 4 weeks into the Better Body Challenge I was in the shower lathering up and I felt these firm bumps on my upper abdomen that hadn’t been there before. I freaked out thinking they might be tumors or something. I asked my fiancé to feel them and he was like; “…those are your abs 😀”
I didn’t know abs go all the way up to right under your rib cage and I’ve never had them before! Thanks Captain Kat for the freak out and the abs 😉
