Daily Videos

There’s a new workout video 5 days/week, and exercises almost never repeat. Videos are 15-17 minutes long, and bookended by a 5 minute warmup and 5 minute cooldown. Anyone can commit to their body 25 minutes/day!


Get 24/7 access to a personal trainer–accessible anytime by email or via the community page–to answer any and all questions, comments, and concerns. Also available for pep talks and kicks in the butt 🙂


The Better Body Challenge offers two flexible nutrition guides to kickstart your way to results.


Every morning at 7am, wake up to a motivational email or knowledge bomb from Captain Kat. These are optional reading, but most challengers say they enjoy getting their heads in a body-positive space at the start of the day!


One of the best features of the program is its vibrant community. The community page is a place for sweaty gym selfies, questions, cheerleading, sharing struggles, sharing recipes, and much more.
