Every morning at 7am, wake up to a motivational email or knowledge bomb from Captain Kat. These are optional reading, but most challengers say they enjoy getting their heads in a body-positive space at the start of the day!
One of the best features of the program is its vibrant community. The community page is a place for sweaty gym selfies, questions, cheerleading, sharing struggles, sharing recipes, and much more.
